A STRAIGHTFORWARD AND SUPPORTIVE ACCREDITATION PROCESS

Compliance Marque is applicable for all types of organisations that satisfy the requirements of the benchmark that has been applied for. 

There is no minimum requirement to apply. You can start at any level and move up the compliance ladder in a controlled process, guided all the way. An application can be made directly via the “contact me” section or by calling our dedicated team of consultants.

Assessment is completed by our own Consultants in conjunction with the organisations management, via submitting the requested evidence to our cloud-based compliance tool. Statutory Documentation and other associated evidence is required during this process to allow our consultants to assess the current level of Compliance. Compliance Marque is awarded on a site by site basis to ensure that every location is awarded a level of accreditation based on the effectiveness of its Management Systems and Statutory Compliance.

Following Assessment, the organisation will be awarded one of three Compliance Marque benchmarks, depending on the level of compliance demonstrated.

Accreditation is maintained annually by submitting evidence to our consultants that demonstrates continuous improvement including the review of Statutory Compliance documentation, together with operating processes and procedures. The accreditation level for the next year is determined using the Compliance Marque Continuous Improvement model.

Randomised spot checks and on-site audits may be conducted during each 12-month period at locations identified at random to ensure the quality of the Compliance Marque is maintained.

Celebrate your compliance with staff, visitors, suppliers and service providers by demonstrating commitment towards maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Display the Compliance Marque Plaque at your location, and use the official logo on all your media (subject to conditions).
